1. Added tab called Names to setup so the user can set some field names to be what the user wants. Specifically, registration numbers.

Changes since v3.0
1. Added additional fields to the tab called Names in setup so the user can set more field names. Added fields for species, father/male name, mother/female name, male breeder name, baby name and a list of breeds/types of animals for that species.
2. Added program capability to change names of fields to corresponding names set by user based on species of animal selected.
3. Added 'week' tab to the schedule so multiple events can be viewed on the calendar. If there are multiple events in month view, 3 dots will appear at the bottom of the box (...) for which there are more than one event.
4. Added a 'recurring event' check box to the schedule pop up. You can select how often and for how many times to repeat the currently scheduled event.
5. Added a schedule button to the medical tab in both Individual Record and Group Records view. The schedule button appears on the medical records tab giving the user the option to schedule the next event without closing the current view. As much info as possible will fill in automatically.
6. Added an animal list to the schedule popup form so you can schedule vaccinations and then select each animal you plan to vaccinate.
7. Added an UPDATE button to the schedule popup form so you can select an already scheduled event and update it (medical records will be updated for any selected animals) or you can choose to update rather than schedule an initial event (medical record log will be updated for any selected animals but nothing is put on the schedule). This gives you the ability to add the same medical record to many animals more easily.
8. Added an extra check when the program first opens. If there are any scheduled events today or in the past that are tied to an animal's medical records, a popup form will tell you when the event was scheduled, which animals were scheduled, and what was scheduled. You will have the option to either cancel the scheduled event, reschedule to a later date, or update the medical records.
9. Added a tab to the Medical tab in Setup so you can record the protocol for treatments. You can also set a reschedule date or record a cost for each treatment. Once this is set, when you select that treatment, the protocol will automatically fill in the notes field. If a reschedule date was entered the schedule popup form will appear with the reschedule date and any other information already entered.
10. Added a contact tab to the Other Herds tab in setup. You can now enter ranches or contacts you wish to keep but are not ranches. Ranch contacts show up when you need to select a ranch in a drop down. Contacts show up in financial areas or other areas where you might enter a company name or a ranch name.
11. Added a tab in setup where you can maintain your own list for Heritage, Contact type and location of microchip.
12. Added Report Titles tab to the Names tab on Setup where you can edit the report titles for all reports.
13. Added a financial tab where you can enter default values for cost of agistment per day and the starting number for invoices.
14. Added a money tab to Individual and Group records. You may record income or expenses pertaining to each animal. You can also enter agisting information or purchase and sales prices and dates.
15. Changed the Mileage button on the main form to Money Management. Mileage is now a tab on the Money Management form. The other tabs are Income and Expense where you can record income or expenses related to your ranch. Anything you enter by animals will also show up here. You also have the option, when entering information here, to click Add Individual Rec, which will let you pick which animal you wish this expense or income to be tied to.
16. Added Fleece and Conformation assessment fields on the Fleece tab in Individual Records. You can score your animal on a scale of 1-5 and then a total is calculated with 100 being the top score for each area for a combined total of 200.
17. Added Fleece Assessment report, a Conformation Assessment report and a combined assessment report.
18. Added the ability to put pictures on the sales report.
19. Added a browse button to the area where you select pictures so you can browse your entire computer rather than only the pics folder in the Pakatrak directory.

30. Added a money ($) button to the medical record log of Individual and Group records. When you click this button a popup form will appear where you can check income or expense and the information will automatically be added to ranch and animal money records. If you filled out the cost field on the protocol tab in Setup, the cost should fill in automatically.
Changes since v4.0
1. Added detail fields for all income and expense records.
2. Can now break Income or Expenses into mulitple payments and track scheduled date of
payment, payment amount, amount received, date paid, amount still owing and how payment was
made complete with check number or other identification.
3. Added Rcvd field for all income records to mark whether income has actually been
received yet or not. Will check automatically if payments received = total income for that record.
4. Added a Paid field for all expense records to mark whether expenses have actually been
paid yet or not.
5. Added a Miles checkbox to income and expense records which will add a mileage record
based on the current income or expense information.
6. Changed the 'Tie to Animal' checkbox to 'Tie to Ind'. The function of tying the income or
expense record to an individual animal, is the same.
7. Added an Invoice button to the Income tab on the Money Management form and the
Income tabs on the Money tabs of the Individual and Group forms. Click the Invoice button to bring up the
form which allows you to create an invoice from any of your income records.
8. Added a Down arrow to most lists on the Individual and Money Management forms. Click
the Down arrow to automatically go to a new records, ready for data entry.
9. Added an Invoice and Contracts tab to Money Management to list all Invoices and
Contracts that have been created. Limited fields on contracts may be edited and any Invoice or Contract
may be deleted.
10. Added a Payments tab to the Financial tab of the Setup form. Here you can list the type
of payments that you will accept.
ll. Added two new defaults to the Defaults tab on the Financial tab of the Setup form. You
can store two names that you wish checks to be written to. These names will show up at the
bottom of all invoices.
12. Added a Contracts tab to the Setup form. This form shows three default contract terms.
They are: Default Sales Agreement, Default Agisting Contract and Default Stud Service Contract.
These terms can be used when creating a contract. You can edit the existing default terms
or create new ones. The default terms may not be deleted.
13. Added a Common Ancestor search field to the Info tab on the Queries form. Fill this field
in to search for animals which all have the listed animal as an ancestor. If you fill in the
Common Ancestor field a # Generations to Check field will appear where you can list how
many generations back you wish to search.
14. Added the Type field to all dam, sire, and baby records to help keep better track of the
type. The baby's type will fill in automatically as the same type as the dam but you now have the
option of changing that in the baby's record.
15. Added the Type field to any animal reports that did not previously show the type.
16. Made the awards drop down boxes large enough to show the data contained in them.
17. Added two tabs to the Financial tab of the Reports form.
18. The Ranch tab is the first tab on the Financial tab. You will see a list of income records.
You may select any income record or records to be shown on an invoice as long as you also
select a ranch to bill. Two date fields are provided to limit the list of income records. All the ranch
reports that are based on information for the whole ranch are available.
19. The Animal tab is the second tab on the Financial tab. You will see a list of animals. You
may select any animal or animals to show those financial records on the reports.
20. If you wish to see an Income report (Ranch or Animal) you now have the option to select
an Income report based on All income, just Outstanding income, or just Received income. They can still
be limited by entering start and end dates.
21. If you wish to see an Expense report (Ranch or Animal) you now have the option to
select an Expense report based on All expenses, just Oustanding expenses, or just Paid expenses. They can still
be limited by entering start and end dates.
22. Added a Delete button to the invoice area on the Ranch tab of the Financial tab on the
Reports form. Any Invoice that has already been created can be deleted by clicking the Delete button.
23. A vehicle field was added to the Mileage tab of the Money Mangement form so mileage
can be tracked by specific vehicle.
24. Mileage reports (found on the Ranch tab of the Financial tab of the Reports form) will be
grouped by vehicle or destination, for Destination reports and by vehicle and date for Odometer
reports.
25. The ability to add a picture was added to the Shearing and Statistical reports found on
the Fleece tab of the Reports form.
26. Added a Contracts tab to the Reports form. From this tab you have the ability to create
Sales Agreements, Stud Service Contracts, or Agisting Contracts. You must select the two parties
involved, the animal or animals, the date and terms, and then select the type of contract. A form will
come up containing the selected contract displaying the items you have selected. You will have limited
editing capabilities. At the bottom you may Print, Preview or Cancel this contract. All
printed and/or previewed contracts will be saved and can be viewed on the Contracts tab of Money
Management.
27. There is also a field on the Contracts tab that will allow you to select previously created
contracts. The same form will come up allowing you to view and edit the contract info. At the bottom you may
Print, Preview or Delete this contract.
28. Added details to the Invoice report and also added a 'Thank you for your payment'
statement to any record that has $0.00 owing.
29. Added Export option to the toolbar when a report is displayed. Use this option to export
a report to a text file, Excel file, html file or snapshot file for easy email options or other database
manipulation of report data.
30. Added a vehicle list to the Mileage tab on the Setup form where you can manage a list
of vehicles you plan to use in your financial records.
Changes since v4.8
1. Added a group tab to the group form where any number of groups may be created and
tied to any number of animals.
2. Added a group option to the group form which allows any previously created group to be
selected - only the animals listed in the selected group will be shown on all tabs of the group form.
3. You may still group animals on the group form by herd or location also.
4. Added a section at the top of the medical tab and the breeding detail tab that will
update the entire list below as it is filled in. Fields within the list may still be updated individually. If the date
is deleted, no update will occur for that animal.
5. Added an inventory tab to the money management form.
6. Once an item is added to the inventory tab, any income or expense items that reference
that item will automatically update the inventory detail record and add or subtract stock for that item.
7. Any detail records entered in inventory to show stock being bought or sold will
automatically update the expense or income tabs, respectively.
8. Added an inventory tab to the financial report giving you the capability of printing
inventory and inventory detail reports.
9. Added a nickname field to the info tab of the individual record form. If a nickname is
entered, the nickname will show up in all animal lists for easier location of animals. The official name will
still be used on all reports.
10. Added some fields to the animal worksheet report that will show previous body score,
previous weight and previous vaccination and worming information along with blank areas to enter current
information.
Changes since v4.9
1. Changed group tab form so anytime you make a change to a group, that group is
automatically selected. You may still group animals on the group form by herd or location also.
2. Fixed Income and Expense forms so items are now deletable when you select the entire row.
3. Anytime you add a detail (payment) record to an income item, that payment is automatically scheduled
and Pakatrak will display an 'Update' box which can automatically update the records to show the payment has been made once the current date is equal to or greater than the scheduled date of payment.
4. Anytime you add a detail (payment) record to an expense item, that payment is automatically scheduled
and Pakatrak will display an 'Update' box which can automatically update the records to show the payment has been made once the current date is equal to or greater than the scheduled date of payment.

Changes since v5.0
1. Fixed Address labels so ranch or business name is on the first line, followed by individual
name and then address info.
2. Fixed order of ranches and contacts so they are ordered by last name but first name too, if no last
name exists.
3. Updated sales list again. Added comments field where you can describe each individual animal. Comments
can already be entered from Individual Record/Money form.
4. Added field to store histogram on statistical tab of Individual Record/Fleece tab. You can now scan your histogram graph and save it as a .jpg or .tiff file then, from the statistical tab, browse to find the histogram. It will be saved.
5. Reports that print statistical information will show the histogram if one has been saved. If one has not
been saved, you have the opportunity, when you print, to select a histogram picture at that time.
6. There is a new report that will print just the histogram.
7. Any picture can be double clicked to show the picture larger.
8. Body score can be put in place of any Exam Categories on the Medical tab of Setup Info and it will still show up on the Animal Worksheet report.
9. If you schedule recurring events on the calendar and choose to reschedule by any month increment, the new date will be in the correct month but it will fall on the same day of the week and week of the month
as the original date.
10. Added a listbox holding expenses to the invoice tab of Reports. Now you can invoice income and expenses
individually or together on the same invoice.
11. You can now print birth certificates or breeding certificates or pedigrees of goats and the certificate is decorated with pictures of goats.
12. You can now print birth certificates or breeding certificates or pedigrees of horses and the certificate
is decorated with pictures of horses.
13. Added a field to Setup Info/Misc where you can enter the amount of sales tax your area collects. You can
enter a sales tax percent which will be used any time you specify an item is taxed, or you can enter
'complex' which will allow you to specify the sales tax percent each time you specify an item is taxed.
'Complex' also allows you to specify two separate tax rates, the first rate is applied to the original
amount of the item being sold and the second rate is applied to the total of the original amount of the
item being sold and the amount of the first tax.
14. Added a tax checkbox on all money forms. If you click that checkbox, tax is applied to that item. If you have entered a sales tax percentage in the setup form, the tax is automatically calculated. If you have entered 'complex' in the setup form, you are prompted for the correct percentage and whether one
or two tax rates are being used. If you have not entered anything in the setup form, you are prompted for the percentage or whether you wish to setup a 'complex' tax so you will be prompted each time.
15. Sales taxes were added to all income and expense reports. Now they list the description, cost, qty, and tax for each item. Income, Expense and Sales Tax is totaled for each category and at the bottom of the reports.
16. The invoice was modified to display sales tax.
17. The invoice will show total cost for each item followed by the amount due at this time. The amount due will be the total cost or the current payment due (plus any outstanding payments) if payments were set up on the Money form. If the total cost has been paid, a note will say 'Thank you for your payment' and total amount due will be $0.
18. Payments will show up on invoices for selected items if their payment date is 3 weeks in the future or
anytime in the past. If the payment date is not within this range and there are no outstanding payments, the amount due on the invoice will be $0.
19. Added an invoice button to all forms that list expenses. Clicking the invoice button will bring up just
the invoice form from Reports. The start and end dates will be filled in to list income and expenses
dated one month in the past and one month in the future. Start and End dates can be changed.
20. Fixed all reports that list addresses to list physical address followed by mailing address. If either address is blank, just the one that is not blank will be shown.
21. Anything that can be entered on the Money form can be tied to an animal and the information can then be accessed either through the Money form or the Individual Record/Money form. Anything entered on the
Individual Record/Money form will automatically be listed on the Money form.
